Behrouz Persian Cuisine stands out as a Persian restaurant with a sprawling spot in Diliman, Quezon City, making it a comfortable destination for both longtime fans and curious diners. Located on Sct. Tobias Street, this spot balances indoor and multi-level outdoor seating, which offers a relaxed yet distinct Persian vibe—subtle touches in the interior echo the culture behind the cuisine without feeling overdone.

The restaurant is a go-to for those craving kebabs and hearty Persian classics, anchored by staples like Chelo Kebab varieties and Chicken Biryani. Their basmati rice, especially when topped with butter, gets noticed for elevating simple dishes, while sauces here sometimes come off a little thinner than some longtime patrons might expect. Expect some dishes like beef kebabs to have a bit of chew, which is fairly common with authentic Persian grilling styles.

Service runs on the steady side but can be uneven during busy hours, so it’s best to set expectations accordingly. This makes late evenings a particularly fitting time, as the place comfortably accommodates groups who want a relaxed, no-rush meal—perfect for those winding down after the day or reuniting over food with friends and family.

Those familiar with the brand’s history will appreciate how this branch upgrades the original’s setting with a bit more space and a clearer glimpse of Persian flavors through its decor and menu. It isn’t a fine-dining experience by any stretch, but it feels authentic and approachable, which appeals to both Persian-food aficionados and newcomers alike.

In summary, Behrouz Persian Cuisine caters well to anyone looking for a straightforward, reliably flavorful Persian meal with room to spread out. It’s especially good for late-night diners or those wanting a taste of kebabs and traditional dishes without the fuss. The atmosphere lets you linger comfortably whether you’re dining alone, double, or with a larger group, fitting naturally into the dining landscape of Quezon City’s bustling food scene.

This new branch - for those who are familiar with the old one - is a huge upgrade! The interior has that Persian flavor and accents. The indoor seating area is spacious, with a multi-level outdoor seating as well. Food is the same as before although their sauces seem to have become a lot more watery than before. Wait staff is fair - helpful when you can get their attention. Expect service time to be a bit of a wait as they cook everything in their indoor, glass-encased grille. As for parking, there's a huge parking area right beside it so you don't need to worry about your vehicle getting towed for side parking along Sct Tobias.

This is our go-to Persian restaurant on late nights. It has always been our favorite chelo kebab place since high school. We witnessed how the restaurant started with its humble beginnings. Either we go here in their QC branch or the one in Wilson. Their hummus is good too!

If you’re looking for Middle Eastern food, Behrouz Persian Cuisine’s got you! One of the dishes I enjoyed the most was their Vavishka, since it surprisingly tastes very similar to “pork liver adobo,” giving it a comforting and familiar touch while still keeping that Persian flair. Their Chelo Kabab Makhsos is also flavorful, though be prepared because the beef can be quite chewy. The restaurant itself really brings out a strong Persian vibe. From the décor to the overall atmosphere, it feels as if you’ve stepped into a small piece of Persia, making the dining experience more immersive and enjoyable. Another plus is that they have parking space available, good for around 5–6 cars, which is definitely convenient in the area. Overall, it’s a great place to enjoy hearty Middle Eastern dishes while soaking in an ambiance that feels warm, cultural, and authentically Persian.

I don’t know anything about Persian food, but the ones we ordered are pretty decent. It actually went above my expectations. We were just craving for a late night eat and we stumbled upon Behrouz. We ordered Beef & Chicken Kebab but were forced to order Basmati Rice instead of the Jasmine which is cheaper sana. Anyway, the butter on top of that rice really gave an oomph to that whole dish. We really liked it! Yoghurt shake lacked tartness but also loved it. Would definitely go back to try others and we hope it is as good as our first experience here.

Food 4.0 / 5 Service 4.5 / 5 Ambience 4 / 5 Value for money 3.9 / 5 Will I go back Yes. Been a loyal customer of Behrouz since 2009. Food is still good however quality isn’t the same as before. Price is not expensive nor cheap so quality should’ve been a little better.
